Consultation has concluded
The Regional Skills Investment Strategy (RSIS) program is a commitment from the Queensland Government of $9 million over four years during which time the Queensland Department of Employment, Small Business and Training (DESBT) will partner and support selected regional communities to identify specific training and skills requirements and collaborate to develop training solutions to support and encourage economic growth. Redland City Council is funded under RSIS to deliver this project until 2021.
To assist with the goals of RSIS Council will be seeking industry and business collaboration with local manufacturing, health care and social assistance businesses to grow skills development and training for the future.
Redland City Council will be facilitating a number of industry specific surveys that we invite local businesses and industry to participate in.
You are invited to participate in the surveys relevant to your local business or industry. Your responses will help Council learn more about the benefits, challenges and opportunities of doing business on Redlands Coast to improve our skills investment.
The Regional Skills Investment Strategy is proudly supported and funded by the Queensland Government
