July 2026 Update – Minjerribah Amendment is at an end

At its General Meeting of 15 July 2026, Council considered a report relating to this amendment.

The report noted that the Deputy Premier and Minister for State Development, Infrastructure and Planning issued a letter to Council on 2 May 2026 advising that the Ministerial Direction under which this amendment was commenced, no longer serves a purpose or has effect.

As a result of this advice, the amendment has concluded.
