Council adopts medium density amendment package

Following the completion of the State Interest Review, the Planning Minister has formally advised that Council may proceed with adopting the amendment package – 04/20 – Medium Density Residential Zone Code Review.

At its General Meeting on 17 September 2025, Council resolved to adopt the amendment 04/20 – Medium Density Residential Zone Code Review as Version 14 of the Redland City Plan 2018.

The updated City Plan is expected to commence towards the end of October.
