June 2016- Update of Design consultation and feedback results

Mt Cotton Skate Park design consultation closed

The final concept design for the Mt Cotton Skate Park provides a range of unique features and transitions to promote creativity and usability for skaters of all abilities.

Skate Features

• ‘Sushi Tray’ Manual Pad
• Coffin Double Bank & Coffin
• Perimeter path with roll over’s suitable for beginners
• Three sided bowl

The final concept design is a result of considerable community input. We have conducted a number of online surveys and held two formal consultation sessions at the existing Mt Cotton Skate Park to contribute to the design development between November 2015 – current.

We will provide updates during the next steps of the project, and would like to thank the community for their involvement in the design phase.
