Redland City Council is proposing to make minor amendments to two subordinate local laws:

  • Subordinate Local Law No. 1.9 (Operation of Cemeteries) 2015
  • Subordinate Local Law No. 1.13 (Undertaking Regulated Activities Regarding Human Remains) 2015

These changes aim to:

  • Clarify the documentation required when making applications to Council for burials and other activities relating to human remains, and
  • Revise some conditions imposed upon approval.
