Redland City Council is proposing to make minor amendments to two subordinate local laws:
- Subordinate Local Law No. 1.9 (Operation of Cemeteries) 2015
- Subordinate Local Law No. 1.13 (Undertaking Regulated Activities Regarding Human Remains) 2015
These changes aim to:
- Clarify the documentation required when making applications to Council for burials and other activities relating to human remains, and
- Revise some conditions imposed upon approval.
You can view the proposed subordinate local laws on this project page. The specific changes are outlined in FAQs.
