This proposed community garden is located at Fielding Park on the corner of School of Arts Road and Fielding Road in Redland Bay.
The proposal for this space to be used as a community garden has been put forward by the Redlands Coast Salad Bowl Organisation (a local not for profit group) in consultation with Redland City Council.
The proposed garden is intended to be a place where the community can come together to grow fresh food, to learn, relax and make new friends. It is intended that the proposed garden will include an area for communal and private plots, tree planting, and an open orchard.
The proposal is currently undergoing community consultation, whereby members of the community can put forward their thoughts regarding the proposed community garden in Fielding Park.
