Local Government Infrastructure Plan and Netserv Plan Amendment
Under the Planning Act 2016, Council is required to review its Local Government Infrastructure Plan (LGIP) every five years. The LGIP forms part of the Redland City Plan and identifies what future shared trunk infrastructure is necessary to support a growing community. It also shows how this infrastructure fits with local planning goals, funding and identifies priority infrastructure areas to guide future development.
Council has also reviewed the Water Netserv Plan. This plan outlines how water and wastewater services will be provided and managed to support our community. This plan is managed alongside the LGIP.
