Temporary car park impact at Weinam Creek

Borehole investigation testing will soon be conducted within the Weinam Creek Priority Development Area (PDA) precinct as part of the preparations for the development of the multi-storey car park.

The multi-storey car park detail design is underway and Council will share the final plan once complete.

This current borehole investigation - being conducted by Hutchinson Builders - will temporarily impact a small number of parking spaces (about 20) within the marina car park from Wednesday 22 October to Wednesday 29 October 2025.

Please follow the onsite signage being managed by Hutchinson Builders. As testing is completed in each area, the impacted car spaces will be progressively made available again.

Redland Investment Corporation (RIC) advises there is no impact to secure car park tenants.
