Weinam Creek Redevelopment

The Master Plan for the Weinam Creek Priority Development Area (PDA) redevelopment has been approved by the Queensland State Government.

Key features of the redevelopment include:

• Increased parking
• Less traffic congestion
• Rejuvenated parks and pathways
• Activated foreshore with family friendly areas
• New boating facilities
• Restaurant, grocery, retail and medical precinct
• More employment opportunities
