Draft Corporate Plan engagement opens soon

Council’s current Corporate Plan is nearing completion, and we are beginning work on the next one for 2026-2031. We’re seeking our community’s help to develop the first draft of our new Plan by providing feedback on their preferences and priorities for our city.
Earlier this year, Council reached out to the community asking what you’d like to see in our next Corporate Plan.
We have now created a draft for community feedback.
