Consultation has concluded

Redland City Council has prepared a Draft Local Government Infrastructure Plan (LGIP) amendment outlining the type, timing and location of planned trunk infrastructure for the city to 2027.

The LGIP is a statutory planning requirement that establishes a sustainable program of local higher order infrastructure necessary to support population and employment growth, including water, sewer, transport, storm water, parks and land for community facilities.

The LGIP is a key component of a local planning scheme and this updated infrastructure plan will form part of the new Redland City Plan once both have been through the necessary approval process.
