** Submissions now closed **

To respond to a shortage of available industrial land on Macleay Island, Council is proposing to release part of 20-24 Kate Street to the market for development. This will be guided by an Expressions of Interest (EOI) process.

Parties interested in developing this low impact industry zoned parcel of land (currently owned by Council) are now invited to submit an EOI outlining their development concept, ownership arrangements and timelines.

This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of the Southern Moreton Bay Islands economy.

Written Expressions of Interest must be received by Friday 29 May 2020.

EOI documentation is available by contacting the agent managing this process on behalf of Council, Ray White Commercial Bayside on 07 3245 7199 or baysidecommercial.qld@raywhite.com
